The developer, PMG Affordable, plans more than 1,100 residential units—with 70% committed to affordable and workforce housing for the underutilized area known best for an Army Navy Surplus Market store. It could be transformative. “This is a milestone for downtown Tampa and our affordable housing goals,” underscored Community Redevelopment Chairman Luis Viera.
