How ironic that Sarah Palin saved her cheapest rhetorical shots in “Going Rogue” for the McCain campaign – not “socialists” and the media. Had the McCain campaign not incredulously selected her as a vice presidential running mate, Palin wouldn’t be in a position to command a reported $5 million for a ghost-written book.
